Our products are supplied strictly on a research-use only basis and are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use or veterinary use. Due to the nature of our products, we have strict refund and return conditions to protect product integrity and safety.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, AussieBio Labs does not accept returns of opened or used products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us at info@aussiebiolabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.

Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases.

In the event of a payment dispute, we ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving all issues promptly.
